2000°C  Vacuum Carbon Tube Furnace

Application:

The use of the furnace is periodic operating. It is used widely to do the sintering treatment of functional ceramics, optical material, composite material, hard carbide, powder metallurgy under the high temperature. It is also to make shaping sinter under the protection of air inflation.  

Features:

1. The furnace is the vertical structure using the water cooling protective shell of the double layers.

2. Inner layer of stainless steel is polished. Outer layer of carbon steel is treat by the rust-proof.

3. The cover of furnace has the watch window and fender plate.

4. The cover is opened by the hydraulic way and manual operation, has automatic entering and returning thermocouple , ultra-temperature protective thermocouple and infrared thermodetector.

5. Furnace side has the water-cooling electrode,  the layer to keep the warmth is the carbon-graphite felt material.

6. Heating element is made from high quality graphite.

7. Vacuum system adopts oil diffusing pump and mechanical pump, the mechanical pump has the solenoid valve, high and low vacuum valve that is the pneumatic flapper valve, these apparatuses works together with digital display compound vacuum gauge and  PLC to realize the high and low vacuum automatic switch.
